Cookie Policy

Last Updated:

This Cookie Policy explains what this website stores on your device, why, and how you can change your choice at any time. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, which work the same way for privacy purposes.

2. What We Store

Everything this site can store is listed below, grouped by category. Only strictly necessary items are stored without your consent.

CategoryStored itemsConsent
Strictly necessarycookie_consent, echonic_web_session_*Not required
Analytics_ga, _ga_EWVKBF548DOnly if you allow it
MarketingNone currently in useOnly if you allow it
  • Strictly necessary: cookie_consent records the choice you made in the cookie notice. echonic_web_session_* keeps your conversation if you open the chat, and is only created when you do.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, used to understand how the site is used. It runs under Google Consent Mode: until you allow analytics, no cookie and no identifier is stored and Google receives only cookieless signals.
  • Marketing: We do not use any marketing cookies at present.

3. Managing Your Choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page — withdrawing is as easy as giving it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary storage is what keeps your choice, so clearing it means you will be asked again.

4. Third Parties

Google receives analytics data only within the limits above. When the chat widget loads, it fetches fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

5. Updates to This Policy

When what we store changes, we update this policy and the cookie notice together and ask for your choice again. The notice version is shown in Cookie settings.
